Kim Kardashian has revealed she may have gestational diabetes.
The heavily pregnant 34-year-old shared the news with her family in a promo for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kim, who is expecting a baby boy due in December, was seen getting an ultrasound in the clip.

'Once you have preeclampsia you are at risk of having it again,' the reality star's doctor told her.
Kim battled the life-threatening condition while pregnant with daughter North, now two, and was forced to go into premature labour.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the only difficult news that the wife of Kanye West had to deal with in the preview.
She can be seen telling her worried-looking mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney Kardashian: 'They saw more fluid than normal in my placenta, which can mean I have diabetes.'

Gestational diabetes often occurs during pregnancy when women are in their third trimester, but usually disappears following the birth.
Pregnant women suffering from gestational diabetes will have to monitor their blood glucose (sugar) levels, while some may require medication.
The reality star recently admitted that she doesn't enjoy being pregnant.
'I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life!' she wrote on her new website KimKardashianWest.com, in an effort to be open with her fans and subscribers.

Kim continued to express her most frustrating concerns with the process, noting 'the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits'.
The promo for the eleventh season of her family's hit show, which kicks off next month, also gave viewers a glimpse of the fallout from Kourtney's break-up with Scott Disick.
Breaking down in tears, the father-of-three tells Kris: 'It’s been a really hard time, going from like, having all of you guys to having nobody.

Meanwhile, Kim helps Khloe build up her confidence before a scantily clad photo shoot with Complex magazine and Kylie's boyfriend Tyga makes his debut on the show.
The rapper, 25, joins his 18-year-old girlfriend on a holiday to St. Barts and Kris confronts him about his 'Kylie' tattoo.
But not everyone is thrilled about Tyga crashing what was meant to be a family vacation.

Kendall, 19, told her little sister sadly: 'I was really looking forward to this trip to hang out with you.'
Caitlyn also appears on the show, thanking her family for their support through her gender transition, as she and Kris are seen putting their differences to one side and expressing their love for one another.
The eleventh season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians premieres on E! on November 15.
