It's been a strenuous week for Khloe Kardashian.
One Thursday the 31-year-old defended her younger brother Rob, 28, when a hater shamed him after he posted a video of Malcolm X.
So it's no wonder that the next day the E! princess sought refuge in a workout session. 'Jet lag is a monster!! Needed this to wake me up,' the reality diva wrote in a caption that went with a picture of her in gym attire sitting on the floor of a studio.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had her hair up in a ponytail and wore little if any makeup. The daughter of Kris Jenner, 59, sat on a yoga mat and held up her cell phone for the selfie taken in a mirror.
It is not known where she was located. The TV icon was last seen in Los Angeles on September 4.
In Rob's Instagram post, he shared a short video of the late Malcolm X.

Malcolm talked about how he lived like he was already dead, so that he could have 'no fear whatsoever of anybody or anything.'
There was no caption so it could have been assumed Rob just liked this video or related to it on some level.
User @annofscotland thought Rob was trying to compare himself to the political figure and called him out on it. Khloe then wrote, 'He is not comparing himself you judgmental f****.'
He has a new look: Also on Friday Rob shared this image with two scissor emoticons, suggesting he had his hair cut and most likely dyed blue as well

There seemed to be some type of pleasant connection between Khloe and @annofscotland because soon the TV star was writing back, '@annofscotland happy to hear that!
'He gets criticized for being too private and then when he decides to get back on social media he gets attacked. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Let's uplift one another and not assume. Let's all root for Rob.'

Other users commended Khloe and some even wrote, 'Everyone is #TeamRob these days!'
Malika Haqq told E! News recently that he's 'doing very well' and has lost 15 pounds.
'I think Rob shares what he wants to share,' she said.
'I think that's how it should be for everyone. When you're ready you post, post. When you're ready to be seen, be seen. When you don't, leave him alone.'
Her last outing: Khloe was last seen in Los Angeles on September 4; it appears she has since been out of the country
