Just yesterday, AKA‘s ex girlfriend and baby mama, DJ Zinhle put out the reasons she broke up with him just a week after she gave birth to their daughter. Her major reason pointed at an alleged affair between AKA and Bonang Matheba while they were still together.
Bonang Matheba, famous in Nigerian circles as Dbanj’s ex-girlfriend has put out a press statement via her publicist addressing the allegations and rumors:
“This is to confirm that Ms Matheba is aware of the allegations made against her, and the media reports surrounding the matter. We are taking these statements very seriously and are unfortunately unable to comment further as the issue has been handed over to Ms Matheba’s legal team. We can however confirm that Ms Matheba is currently not involved in a relationship, as she has always stated. Bonang is solely focused on her work and the projects she is finalising to ensure she wraps up what has been an incredible year, with a bang.
” Meanwhile on the social media part of the internet, South Africans are going HAM on her. Ouch!
Safe to say that the internet is a pretty unforgiving place. If it’s any silver lining to this for AKA and Bonang, it’s that they are both now single, and can date each other… We’re just saying…
