Many soldiers were seen this morning at Walter Carrington street Victoria Island Lagos state.

Walter Carrington street is the street where many Embassies including those of American, British, Indian, France, German, Spain, Lebanon and so many other are situated.

Traffic on the Island has been on standstill since morning.
