If Tupac And Biggie Were Still Alive, Would Hip Hop Be Different?

This “Pulse Of The People” – in which Charlamagne answers questions and quandaries sent straight from Instagram but which did not make it on to “Uncommon Sense” – tha God addresses Ben Carson’s goal to overturn Roe V. Wade (apparently abortion and slavery are one and the same!), Slim Jesus’s work, Drake as the new face of hip hop and the question on all of our minds: If Tupac and Biggie were still alive, would hip hop be different? Charlamagne explains that considering the two would be well into their forties, probably not at the moment.
