Former Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro 'taking legal action against Jose Mourinho'
Carneiro left Chelsea in September after having been stripped of
her duties following a controversial incident in the club's opening
game of the season against Swansea City.
Carnerio and physio Jon Fearn entered the field of play to deal with the injured Eden Hazard and Mourinho reacted furiously.

He appeared to hurl abuse at Carneiro at the time - something
for which he avoided an FA investigation - and was openly critical of
his medical staff in his post-match press conference.
Carneiro subsequently left the club and has launched a constructive dismissal case against Chelsea. Now Mourinho himself is to be the subject of legal action by the doctor.
