AFCON 2015: Dream Team Star Etebo On Senegal Clash

Flying Eagles striker Oghenekaro Etebo has predicted a tough semi-final clash between Nigeria and Senegal at the ongoing CAF U-23 African Cup of Nations. 
 Nigeria play the host nation in the semi-final after emerging second in a group containing Egypt, Algeria and Mali.
And speaking ahead of the clash against Senegal, Nigeria’s two goal hero against Egypt has warned his fellow players not to underestimate Senegal and vice-versa.

He said: “They are the host team and they will be tough but that doesn’t mean we cannot win.
“We want to win the game so we can qualify for the Olympic Games and we know it will be a good game but they also know Nigeria will be tough for them.”
In his reaction, Senegal defender Adama Nbengue said: “The fans have been so brilliant as they have been all through. We need them to be behind us so as to win the tournament for them and the entire country.”
The on-going U-23 African Nations Cup serves as the qualifiers for next year’s 2016 Olympics with the top three teams grabbing African tickets.
The Flying Eagles face Senegal in the semi-final to be played on Wednesday, December 8th.
