World Rugby’s Best Tackles From The Rugby World Cup

And just like that it’s nearly over. But we’ve undeniably been treated to some huge hits from the Rugby World Cup. Time for a brief trip down memory lane.
With just one final weekend to saviour, it’s time to get nostalgic. And what better way to enjoy nostalgia than by watching absolutely huge men tackle each other to the ground. Ok, that sounded a little strange, but you get the drift.
And boy have we been treated to some huge hits. Of course without a shadow of a doubt, Ayumu Goromaru’s try saving hit is the cream of the crop. But there are plenty of bone crunchers in here you may have missed. But of course not every tackle has to be bloody sore to please us. Bryan Habana pulled off a brilliant tackle on a full-steam George North that he manages to hold on to by his fingertips.
Let’s hope for one final weekend of madness!
