The actress defied her 57 years and went braless in a dress with a daring open back design; smiling all the way to eatery as she revealed her enviable silhouette.
Sharon stood out in bold cobalt and added to it a rose-coloured lipstick that set off the ultra-glamorous image.

Her dress was gathered at the back seam to draw attend to her pert posterior as the back plunged to a deep V.
Sharon's platinum tresses were swept off her face and pulled back to the nape in her signature style, while she wore a pair of oversized shades on her nose.
The blonde elongated her legs with nude pointed heels and she strode with conviction towards the restaurant, seemingly by herself.

t's been a busy few weeks for the moviestar as she turns her focus to her humanitarian work, including a recent trip to Milan.
She met with Somali activist Dr. Hawa Abdi, as well as visiting the Milan Expo 2015 world's fair in Rho nearby and helping to power a water pump at the Save the Children pavilion.
This week, the actress will be honoured at an art photography auction; a benefit on behalf of the AIDS Monument in West Hollywood.
Sharon is soon to return to our screens with Agent X, in which she play Vice President Natalie Maccabee.
She said of the show: 'I wanted to do a series for quite some time because I'm a single mum and I wanted to work at home in LA and in our country.
'It just takes time to turn down the things that aren't right and it takes a lot of discipline and integrity until you get to the good thing.'
Speaking to Extra, she added: 'I knew that I wanted to play a woman in a political situation in a way that talked about politics but also in a way that was fun.'
