The new faction within the presidency – led by the
president’s nephew, Mamman Daura and the Chief Of Staff, Abba Kyari have
reportedly planned to sack the incumbent Central Bank of Nigeria
Governor Godwin Emefiele.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s men also planned to substitute him with a northerner Alhaji Mohd Hayatudeen.
The managers of the Nigerian administration are reported to be unhappy with the Emefiele’s continued stay as the CBN governor.
The main reason of the distrust seems to be Emefiele’s origin from Delta state as well as that fact that he is not a Muslim.

The source indicates that the pair of Kyari and Daura doubts that
some of the activities of the cabal/mafia maybe delayed or discovered by
the incumbent CBN Governor – or may not be willing to play along.
Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan had looked for the sack of Malam
Sanusi following a relationship that was soiled over accusations of
financial impropriety.
Jonathan substituted Malam Sanusi who comes from Kano state with Mr.
Godwin Emefiele who comes from Delta state. The replacement came at the
tail end of Jonathan’s government.
Emefiele is expected to constitutional term of five years. Meanwhile,
the plot being emerged by the group anticipates that the incumbent CBN
boss will be gone before the end of 2016 – to enable that financial
transactions are provided with the trust of their man at the top seat
inside the bank – also to ensure that the buildup to the electioneering
period is devoid of rancor from the CBN – concerning retrieving the
required funds to affect the polls come 2019.
